Cancellation and Modification Policy
Cancellations are subject to Section 14C of the Consumer Protection Law, 1981.
- Cancellations made up to 7 days before the arrival date will incur no fees.
- Cancellations made less than 7 days before arrival will be charged 50% of the reservation cost.
- No-shows will be charged the full reservation amount.
Reservations made under “non-cancellable” or “early booking rate” terms cannot be canceled.
The hotel reserves the right to change its cancellation and modification policies at any time, including during holidays. Modifications are subject to hotel approval and availability.
